Fluorite is a remarkable mineral. It's crystalline structure is cubic. Yet is it also able to form perfect octahedrons, and dodecahedrons, and is one of very few minerals able to do so. Thus it is able to form 3 of the 5 platonic solids. These fundamental geometric forms have powerful form energy. The cube form resonates with the element of Earth, the octahedron with air, and the dodecahedron with aether.
